Working our with a 2 year old
Does anyone have any suggestions for successfully working out with a 2 year old? I try to work out before he wakes up in the morning. This is before I bring him where he needs to be and before I go to work. When he wakes up early my work out is disrupted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Slow workout buddy!
I know this might sound mean but the friend I've been working out with lately has really been slowing me down. For those of you who know me, you know I've been very hit & miss with novice running (mostly walking, really) and as such, know very little about the sport.
