How to add exercise bike etc
Hi, ive only been using this for a week or so but Ive tried to add in exercises such as 'rowing machine', 'exercise bike' etc, nothing that out of the ordinary! but it dosnt seem to have them saved. Are they name something different? Does anyone know how I can find or add them? Thanks E

insanity-cardio abs/pure cardio

Morning workouts?
Just curious, How do you make yourself get up to work out in the morning? I would like to get up and work out in the morning, but after I work all day, work out, take care of my son, clean, cook...it gets late and I am exhausted in the morning. shower after exercise
After I exercise I take my shower (I'm a stay at home mom) and wash my hair etc...I smell a rather pungent ammonia smell from my shampoo. I never smell this if I take a normal shower at night on the days I don't exercise. It's so bad that I just about can't breathe, gag and sometimes throw up. I had to leave the shower…
