Weight Loss, each day is day 1
I’m 5’3. 273lbs. I want lose it but I’m very stuck in my head about doing it. Working full time and homeschooling my young is very straining. I’ve not had fun at the lake or beach for a bunch of years. I don’t smoke or drink or socialized or party.. food is my only crutch.

Hello I am doing intermittent fasting since a week and have lost 1kilo weight.
How do I know I am on the right track of losing weight and not losing nutrition. For my BMI 1500s the daily requirement. I am taking only 900 to 1000 calories. Is it correct to lose weight and to achieve right BMI?

Should I to try and eat the calories I burned with exercise? I figure 1200 is my daily intake.. The more I burn the faster I would lose my unwanted weight, but will it be counterproductive if I don't eat more?

A couple weeks ago I started MFP and I have a 1280 cal goal to lose a 1 lb per week. I'm maintaining my weight so I haven't seen much difference. Maybe a scale with help.
