Help! I am not losing weight.
I am 49 years old. I started the program March 3rd. I track my meals. I never go over the calorie limit. I sometimes go 5% of my recommended fat percentage (peanut butter is the culprit). Diabetic taking Mounjaro?
I am Type 2 and am taking 7.5 mg of Mounjaro. I have side effects of diarrhea if I eat the wrong food. Can anyone relate? I'd love to hear any recipes or tips you can give. I am determined to make this work. My A1c is great but I am really having trouble sticking to safe foods.

Was anyone able to get off the blood pressure meds since losing weight?
