Okay, so I was just wondering what peoples opinions on calories vs. macros were. Do you stop eating (even if you are under your calorie goal) if you are close to going over your macro goals i.e. sugar, fat, etc. ? Or do you eat to your calorie goal and just try to stay as close to your macro goals as possible?

I’m struggling to eat portions consistently

How to add food to "my food" list?
I use the same foods regulary and would like to make a more personal list. Ive created "my meals" but id like to have the option to add my food individually if i need to. So when i "add" a food, instead of going to "my meals" id like to go to "my food" but i cant work out how to transfer the food to that list. Thanks
