I’m struggling with weight loss

Halfway Progress Photo - 62 pounds down
Halfway through my goal. 62 pounds down. I cut out alcohol, changed jobs, and left an unhappy relationship. I have been walking with the aid of Pokémon Go! myfitnesspal and a1c
I enrolled in a Diabetes Prevention Program in July 2023 due to my pre-diabetic a1c level. I chose myfitnesspal to track my food for the program. In 6 months, my a1c level is no longer pre-diabetic and I lost 30 lbs. I continue to track all food and will continue for the foreseeable future.

No gain vacay!
First time EVER not gaining over vacation! Went on a 5 day vacay to visit my sister and her new family! Tracking really helped keep me at peace! Even went off my usual stuff and didn’t get everything tracked but keeping a tracking mind truly helped me out so much!!!
