WOMEN LIFTERS

Hey girls,

I'm just curious as to what your macros are and how many calories you eat? Stating your weight and height would be helpful as well!

    I'm 5'7" 128lb and my basic calorie needs are 1750. I add my exercise cals on top. Whether I'm cutting (100 cals under my needs) or bulking (250cals over), I eat .8g per pound of body weight protein, and fill the rest with fat and carbs. If I'm training over LT a lot I go for the carbs, if I'm resting, recovery training or cold and hungry I go for the fat.

    I'm 5'3.5 145 pounds and my maintence is 2600. 330 carbs 88 fat and 130 protein. I have two rest days a week which I'll go a bit lower carb, like 280 and fill the rest in with fat, which really isn't a huge difference from my training days...but it fits the hagen daaz in so much easier : ). I also do a planned higher carb day once a week I'll eat between 2700-3200 and all the extra is coming from carbs on those days.

    I am 5'7", 129lbs, maintenance is 2700-2900, right now I am bulking at 3300, 130-140 protein, 128 fat and the rest carbs. I am lifting 4x per week, and yoga 1-2x per week.
