This is a laxative tea. Another gimmicky fad.
Instead of looking for quick fixes and easy ways out, just eat at a deficit to lose weight.

You've got a liver and two kidneys to"cleanse. " Junk like this makes the little guys' work harder to do. Just CICO and let your body do its thing.

These teas are politically correct laxative abuse. If you think that because it is making you poop, it's working as a cleanse, you're sadly mistaken. You're just irritating your bowel and causing your innards distress.

Personally, I would never take laxatives unless there was a medical reason. My friend even congratulated me yesterday for not abusing laxatives while on my weight loss journey (???)... I was a bit amused but I guess it was reason enough to celebrate
