No. Think of all of the OTC supplements for "weight loss". What is the one thing they all have in common? They all say "in conjunction with diet and exercise". In other words, it's the calorie deficit (eating less and moving more) that is causing the weight loss, not the pill.

The best one is water. And lots of t! I threw out all the pills and stuff I had accumulated after I started losing weight by counting the calorie in real food.

I don't like them, personally. They make my heart race and make me irritable. Plus, I can't say they have expedited weight loss. Unrefined coconut oil is great for energy and raising metabolism. Because it is a medium chain fat it helps burn fat (you can google it and read up on it) I use it to make my eggs if eating them, or I simply put it in my coffee and have bullet proof coffee. It makes a significant difference.

No. No no no no no. Also, no.

Think about it -- if they actually worked, would there be thousands upon thousands of people using sites like MFP?
