Would like to learn how to cook more low carb recipes need friends with ideas for healthy low carb meals

    Keep it simple. I generally have meat with a cheesy cream sauce, or omelettes or make a low carb meat/fish pie with cheesy cauliflower mash. Simpler the better

    I spent the morning on pinterest looking for low carb meals. I found several pretty easy recipes, I haven't tried them yet but I did make out my shopping list to try several.
