    Yes. Just copy paste above dates I posted along with your weight. Every Monday will be our weigh in day just to keep it simple.

    Thanks you can do it. Those last few pounds are hard. Seems like I gain and lose the same 3 pounds. Recently, broke a 3 month plateau. Thanks for setting this up.

    Yes you just bookmark it by clicking on the star at the top of the post. It is to the right of the post title. It should highlight a yellow Orange color. Then if you click on the star when you come to community page it will show posts you are following.
