I have given myself a year so 11:59 on December 30 is my end date. I have over 80 pounds to lose.
I have been here before and I am doing something different this time around. I have created a personal Blog to log my Progress - Successes and Fails. My main goal is to increase activity - Socially and of course Fitness level. I have developed a workout plan with a trainer for endurance. Hope I keep up with it.

At the end of the first week - I am 168.4, a loss of 1.2 lbs. I have a goal of 150, and am headed that way. It is very exciting to be under 20 lbs to go. Yay. Let's keep it up!1

Did not do well this week, only lost .4. Of course, that is a loss, so I will be happy about it. I am working harder this week. Today, I am 168.1

Lost 1.6 this week - Am at 166.4. I am going to try to lose 5 lbs by Feb. 2, cause that is my one year anniversary with TOPS, and I would love to go in at 50 lbs lost. Cross your fingers.1

Went to a spin class today, and found out I am not in as good a shape as I thought. But I am going back, and will be able to last longer soon. That is my goal.0

Did not log in last week, sorry. I have lost another 2.8 lbs. Not a lot, but it is steady. I am aiming for 5 lbs in February. Everyone is doing so well - keep it up1

Lost 2 more lbs. Am only 12 lbs from goal. I will work very hard this week to lose 2 lbs. We can all do this.2

I would like to join this challenge. I am 262 now and want to get at least down to 175. 165 would be nice but for my health I need to do this. I have lost and gained 20 pounds 4 times using a synthetic HCG diet and I just think the radical dieting has to go.1

I want to "weigh in" once per week with someone rather than attending weight watchers to do so. I was going to do that but prefer this website and it's database. Does anyone in this group do that? Is this the forum where people keep up with each other for this challenge? I have not done this before but I did join one group a long time ago. A little confused...1
