@slittlemeister LOVE GoT!!! I haven't seen Handmaid's tale. I'll have to look that up.

@Bex953172 I would love to have a steam cleaner! Our dog makes such a mess! He's a black lab and slobbers A LOT! Love banana milkshakes! Banana popcicles are pretty darn good too! I used to crave bananas and orange push-ups! LOL

@junodog1 I love your statement "<3 call Mom I could have skipped everything else but this is important :+1: " I wish my kids felt that way! LOL!

Another person gave his notice on our team today. Good grief! Dropping like flies! Transitioning to another position. Breathe in, breathe out....

All in all, though, it was a good Monday. Hope you all had a good day too!
    Just for Sunday, 7/23
    1. Make healthy choices at GD's graduation party and log every bite today :)
    2. Stay Green :)
    3. HYDRATE! Fingers are puffing up like little sausages :)
    4. Do the 15 minutes for me challenge. Decide what my 15 minutes per day will be spent doing. (A few ideas are: sewing, reading fiction novel, walking alone, writing, meditating with Calm, bubble bath...need to pick something and make myself take the time every day to do it for 15 minutes) :) I wrote in a journal last night for 15 minutes. Just wrote whatever came into my head--good, bad or ugly. Felt great. Doing it again tonight.
    5. Get ready for the week...laundry, pack breakfast, lunch and snacks and pre-log them :)
    6. Just for tonight, I will NOT eat ice cream. :s Who am I kidding?
    7. Spend time in reflection, prayer, meditation and journaling one hour before bed. :)
    8. Try to be sleeping by 10:30 tonight. Still not feeling well. Get rest before work tomorrow. ;) 11-ish?

Today I didn't make any goals, so I'll post tomorrow morning with some. For today, I feel like I was successful just by getting through the day without hyperventilating! LOL!

AHH!!! Had everything ready to post, and somehow, lost it all!

So going to just keep it shorter. I am going to try and posting my goals the nite before. Somehow when I try in the morning, with as busy as we have been, its late afternoon before I get on here!
    Monday, 7/24
    1. log all food :):)
    2. go to gym in the morning. Do all the weight exercises I am suppose to, and reduce treadmill to 45 minutes, and do 15 minutes on another cardio machine. I was told it is good to switch it up! :)
    3. drink water :)
    4. CLOSE the kitchen after dinner, except for small "planned" snack. I am going to see if I can be successful at this 7 days in a row! :) Yes - had some carrots and califlower with some lite french onion dip.
    5. brush and floss teeth after dinner to keep me from eating. It is so much work brushing and flossing, I never want to eat -- so going to try this! :)
    6. If weather is not so hot - work in the yard. We have had over 5 days of above 100 degree weather! :) Even though it is still 91, the humidity is down, so got the fallen tree branches picked up, and worked at cleaning up the garage a little

    JFT, Tues, 7/25
    1. log all food
    2. go to the gym - work on only leg exercises (as arms are sore yet!), and do treadmill and ellipicical
    3. drink water
    4. Close the kitchen after dinner, except for ONE planned snack. Going on DAY 2 of my goal to do this 3 days in a row!!
    5. brush and floss teeth after dinner to keep me from eating
    6. sip on water in the evening

Come on you can do this!
Just 7 days! Take one day at a time and every day is an even bigger achievement.

Maybe make a response card or even just a note saying "DONT DO IT! Remember your goal!!" And stick it on the fridge or somewhere where you can't miss it when you go in the kitchen!

    It's only 7 days!
Haha your diet coach is back ;)

Yesterday started out great... good choices as the day started out. Had plans to swim and bike. Well the day did not proceed as planned. Off track yesterday new start today.. going to bike now, each bite I take today I need the power to choose wisely, giving it my all! As for the above post I too am thinking of joining that 30 day challenge.
