im in, but my goal is to lose 20 lbs by June, I only have 25-30ish to lose total, so it will be to difficult to lose 30 by then, but im shooting for 20 already.

I originally put 198 because I'm in denial about being over 200. But 202 was my weight this morning. ( not sure why I'm trying to lie to myself)
Feel free to add me, my husband and I are on a no eating out, no soda, whole food 30 day Challenge. I'm also attempting to work out everyday for the 30 days.

Proper weigh in done Wednesday morning. 176.1lbs.
Followed macros % : 5% Carbs / 70% Fat / 25% Protein
1300 calories per day.
Stayed home in sugar withdrawal coma (slight exaggeration) on Thursday.
Friday I felt really trim - water loss I'm sure.
This morning was 176.4 lbs.
Will only weigh on Saturdays now.

I would love to join,I not only have 31 pounds to lose for myself but my sis is getting married in the fall and I am her maid of honor (I haven't worn a dress in public since I got married a little over 9 years ago, at my largest I was 240) I am 5'6 and weigh 161.

My heaviest was 290 three years ago. I had lost down to 228, but I "fell off the wagon" for months (more like a whole year!) and I'd really like a challenge to get me more motivated!3 -

I'm in. I want to lose 2 stone. I started just under 2 weeks ago, watching what I eat and trying to exercise more. My second weigh in is due Tuesday morning. My first weigh in, I lost 4 lbs.

I started my weight loss journey at 175lb on 1/2/17. Trying to loose 1/2 to 1 pound a week. My daily calorie limit is 1520. I set mine to sedentary lifestyle. Sometimes I go over my max. I use a Vivofit 2 fitness band to monitor my steps. I walk 10k or more steps per day Mon to Fri. On weekends I average 6-7k steps. My biggest challenge is weight gain with PMS. My last weigh-in last week was 170 but this week it's 171 thanks to PMS. I'm thinking of not weighing myself until it's over. I weigh myself every Sunday. Since it's a lifestyle change for me, I want something I can maintain so I'm not eliminating any food just potion control and keeping track of calories. I never feel like binge eating and no crazy cravings since I eat what I like in small amounts. Anyway good luck to everyone in the group.2 -
