    Thanks @ladyreva78! I will definitely have to check those out. I would love to get a personal trainer for a bit just to get some assistance with this. Our gym is unattended so don't have that option. :(

    Eh. I'm lucky that the owner of the company I'm currently working for is a fitness fanatic. He sponsored an in-house gym with a PT who's present 2x a week. We're all allowed to sign up for an hour with him every 2 weeks. It's one of the few benefits that kept me there for as long as I was. I'm quitting end of May and I will seriously miss that guy! Starting college again in September, so I'll have a gym there, but also unattended, reason why I'm starting to looking into structured programs. I suck at improvising. :tongue:

    Day 1: DONE (10x 10 sec planks + 10x 1 push-up if you squint it was a push up)
    Day 2: DONE (1x 60sec side plank + 10x 1 push-up)
    Day 3: DONE (1x 60sec side plank + 10x 1 push-up)
    Day 4: DONE (2x 30sec side planks + 10x 1 push-up)
    Day 5: REST
    Day 6: DONE (2x30sec side planks + 5 x 2 push-ups)
    Day 7: DONE (2×10sec planks on fitness ball + 5x2 push-ups + 1hour personal training)
    Day 8: DONE (2x 30sec mountaineer + 10x1 push-up... still feeling dead from yesterday and face planting is sooooo elegant)
    Day 9: DONE (2x 20sec planks on fitness ball + 10x 1 push-up + 1 hour gym; same program as Tuesday...)

    2 abs are doing rest days, I think I'll do my rest day tomorrow. So another day fixing to be down. Question? What is a bridge and a side bridge? Couldn't find a sample of it. Thanks

    I have a number of unhealthy habits but my two biggest are 1) not getting enough sleep and, the older I get 2) allowing life's ups & downs to completely derail me.

    @tdbernrd I love bridges too... sadly they do not love me much. I can do static planks like a pro. The bridges are still killing me. But give me time. I'll slay those buggers as well!

    @ladyreva78 I suck at planks. Pilates has helped me with them but I try to avoid them. The worst bridge I did was with my feet on weight bench. I could barely walk the next day. :'(

    Day 11 done. My sore thighs would not allow me to do the 15 second bridge, THE STRUGGLE IS REAL.

    I bought some new shower curtains & liners this week, perfect! Now to tackle the rest.

    If I could go anywhere, I'd go to one of the Poles. I'd love to see them before they're gone.

    Hahaha bless you! Amazing effort and dedication my dear. Scissors I can handle, crunches - my mortal enemy!
