    Was supposed to do them today, ugh, was just not interested, said I was to sore, but really, I just didn't want to. Today I will do better!

    Feb 1 = 1 min
    Feb 2 = 1 min 10 sec
    Feb 3 = 1 min 30 sec
    Feb 4 = 45 sec
    Feb 5 = rest day
    Feb 6 = 1 min 40 sec (getting there slowly, but surely)

    That's 1.5 mins. Longer than I have held a single plank so far, but see how it goes. So I am logging as 1, 2 or 3 'sets' :) make it look a bit neater this month."

    I call it mixed planks, I usually start with forearm planks, then go to straight arm, then down to forearm again and then to side planks, left then right and repeat until I'm done. I do an 8 minute one and a 2 minute one for 10 minutes total. There's no way I could hold a single position for 8 minutes but I figure since I don't stop switching it up works all of the ab muscles evenly.
