Similar Story?

I've commented before on my starting stats and I was wondering if there are any people out there who have started at relatively similar points and what they did when starting out.

I'm female, 19 years old, 115 lbs, and 5' 10".

I have a job as a hostess where I'm working about 4-6 days a week

I lift 4 days per week with 2-3 days of cardio on off days.

If you had similar stats could you tell me where you started regarding nutrition, calories, exercise, etc?

I've also read Mike Matthew's "Thinner, Leaner, Stronger. "
