I've lost most of the weight I need to for a healthy body. Just fine tuning right now to choose an eating plan that provides more energy. I go to a Chiropractor who is determining the strength in my muscles and the balance in my bones. A free bone density test is coming up in May. Daily I walk about 2 miles or more; Do a 40 min stretching/strengthening routine cobbled together from several resources; Daily meditation with intention; gym 3 days a week using nautilus machines in women's gym and for 45 mins of aerobics use: rowing machine, recumbent bicycle and stair stepper.
