What Are YOU Having For Dinner?

I just made a chicken & white bean chili, with garlic cheddar biscuits! So excited for dinner! I love trying new recipes that have a tonne of veggies and are overall healthy (with a sensible portion of the unhealthy stuff on the side), so let's all share what we're having tonight!

Maybe it'll even inspire someone to cook instead of ordering a pizza!

    I'm not sure yet, but it'll probably end up being my take on pasta bolognese. Calories will be around 450 for that dish. I might have some homemade veg soup too.

    We're making homemade pizza, and I'll probably have a banana beforehand so I won't eat toooo much pizza and go over my calories :blush: . I work most evenings (from home), so I usually have coffee with dark chocolate for dessert while I'm working, and getting miles in on my treadmill desk :smile:

    We are making a simple stir fry, frozen chicken and veggies and a simple sauce. Makes weeknight cooking manageable, some days are just too crazy for cooking from scratch.
