Gaining muscle/toning

I'm at my goal size and I want to start gaining muscle. So far I eat clean and workout 5 times/wk doing light cardio and using my body weight. What should I add to my routine for muscle gain?

    A progressive lifting routine. Search on bodybuilding.com. If you don't have access to a gym or weights at home look for You Are Your Own Gym. If you want to gain muscle you will have to consume more calories (AKA. bulk) or eat maintenance calories while lifting heavy (recomp - note this can take longer to see results).
