    Oh and PORK RINDS. Not the flaky airy ones, but the ones that have fat on them and are crunchy.

    Is their a special type of peanut butter? Like a specific brand you recommend?
    Also any type of nuts??

    Pretty much all nuts are high in fat, and I go for peanut butter that's nothing more than ground peanuts. I avoid the ones with sugar, salt or other additives.

    OMG yes, these too!!

    We recently found out that we can buy pork rind from the butcher and make crackling without actually having to make a pork roast. Fattest day of my life.

    Avocado - love, love, love. Cashews are great too, but I limit them as I have little self control around them! For sweet, I love a good full fat yoghurt.
