It's all fun and games until you can no longer find jeans that fit!!! :o
But IMO there are much better clothes to wear than jeans. But that's just me.

Oh I definitely agree. For me, (as a woman) I can't wait to rock my skirts, short shorts and tight dresses... reminds me that the gains are all worth it ;)

I only see bigger leg gains doing 15-20 rep range to failure , anything less I will get more strength but the growth is smaller. what are your thoughts?

I think that everyone responds to different stimulus.

Legs are my favorite body part to train - nothing else comes close to the rush and sense of accomplishment from a truly terrific Leg Day. And the payoff is massive. Going "*kitten*-to-the-grass" on squats, massive super sets on leg press, and persevering through strict form and maximum contaraction on leg curls...plus a phenomenal trainer and some eye-popping exercises got me to 29" legs with a 29" waist. To hell with jeans that no longer fit. I was happy to have my jeans tailored as a happy indulgence after years of gruelingly delicious workouts.
