    I have the goal in my sights but must keep my eye on the prize and be just as dedicated as I was at the beginning of this journey. People say that things slow down as you near your goal but I have to try and maintain my momentum and reach my goal by June 1. We got this ladies!

    Hi, I really want to look good for the summer! I plan to lose 20lbs overall, I am 5'4.5" and I am a determined lady! Should take me around 12 weeks; I can do it!

    Hi Ladies,

    It's those last 5 lbs. for me:).

    I am 5'3" and small framed, so my "comfort" weight is 115lbs. I've been at that weight (or close to it) for several years, so seeing the scale (and my core) change has been a struggle.

    Not sure how long this might take, as I am 61 years young, so my metabolism needs a major and constant push!! Looking for some results by June 1st (8 weeks).

    Any and all suggestions appreciated:).

    Hi, I went off track because of a car accident. I couldn't exercise for over 3 months and ate bad things so I gained over 20 lbs. I'm starting back now to lose those lbs.

    Hello everyone. I've already dropped over 20lbs and I want to stay committed even after reaching my GW. I have horrible habits when it comes to exercise but I need to stay motivated to tighten up the baby belly... I mean she is almost 2 years old now.

    I'm a new member and really need to lose between 10-20 pounds. I had my twins two years ago but just can't below 128#. I need to not pig out and night. Eat better. Drink more water and exercise regularly. I've tried to stick to my plan over the past 2 years but I just keep slacking off. I'm a mother of 4 kids, work a full time job and I love my food and I do love to exercise .but it hard to make time. I'm 5' 3. Need supoort and accountability buddies.

    Hi ladies,
    This is my second week and so far I have been doing good :) Worked out 1.5 hrs for 6 days a week and logged in food regularly. If anybody here is in Columbia MD area, let me know if you want to hang out or go for run around lake elkhorn park!
