    Good morning
    It's now 6:35am and I have done my 30 days exercise challenges. I feel good for doing it.
    I did-
    warm up
    2 lots of squats
    2lots of arm circles
    1 lot of my 30 day exercises
    Stretches to warm down.

    Still 6 weeks left. Join our group if you have a goal for July 10 and
    you're the chatty type who wants to look a little more deeply into how your thoughts affect your eating.
