Cut or bulk?

Hello, general information on my self, i was recently 220 pounds and out of shape but have cut to about 178 right now and 13% body fat. My question to you guys should i begin a bulk cycle if im lifting everday or should i continue to cut more??

    Cut till you're about 10% then slowly taper up calories into a surplus.

    Continue to lift and get enough protein in your diet!! That is crucial to maintain muscle mass
