So after being sugar free and eating clean (non processed) food for about 3-4 weeks I have lost 14 lbs. I am 5 foot 4 and started at 174 after my third baby was born. I saw 160 on the scale yesterday and almost cried.
For history, I lost 70 lbs after my second child and felt amazing. Sadly I let it all go when I got pregnant with my 3rd baby and so I am starting again.
My goal weight is 135 or 140 (last time I lost weight I was starting to feel not curvy enough at 135 so I'm going for how I look and feel).

I have found that most of the work has been mental and so very worth it xox
This is my first success post as my new goals are also to get outside of my comfort zone. It's great to meet you all
