Seeking a lifting buddy near or within 1 hr of West Chester, Pa. Tired of going it alone as my 40 to 50 yr old girlfriends dont lift. Prefer someone who knows how to powerlift but open to using all different kinds of weights etc YMCA membership a plus but not necessary.
