The calories in Lasagna are chiefly in the cheese. Cut the cheese to about a quarter and you will save a lot of calories. Example:

Here is another one with a higher amount of protein for around the same calories (serving = 1/12 pan); it would probably be very good with additional greens added to it as well:

I make it without the bechamel layers, just layers of bolognese and pasta, then a single layer of bechamel on top and some grated cheese. It's not low-calorie but it's a bit more moderate.

Like eggplant? I've made turkey lasagne a few times using vertically-sliced eggplant as the "noodles." By "vertical" I mean sliced longwise, not as crosswise "rounds."0
