1,300 to lose MFP had me set on even less for 1.5 a week, but once I synced my fitbit I started eating some of those back, and my average is 1.9 lbs a week lost, so I need to start eating more of my adjustment back I guess.

Maintain around 3,900-4,100, cut usually starts at 3,200 and ends around 2,800. Building about 4,700-5,000

ETA: that's maintenance with training, maintenance without training is more like 3,300-3,500

Wow that is a lot to maintain on with or without training @RAD_Fitness . Your food bill must be huge.

Lots of cheap calorie dense foods haha

This is about my bf's bulk and cut cals (he might be a little more reckless when he cuts) and I spend easy 900/month. I cri

To lose, about 2800, to maintain about 3300. A little different right now as I am pregnant so averaging about 3000 and staying about the same but exercise isn't as intense.

    It varies.

My maintenance is between 3200-3500cals but am presently doing BodyOpus diet so low calories and keto for 5 days then a high carb refeed (normally 2-2.5 x maintenance).

How's that diet? Is it giving you good results

3 weeks in, down 2lbs of fat each week and looking leaner than ever. I like it but it's tough.

Cutting very slowly @ 2600, but I cardio 4 days a week and lift the other 3, so I have a lot of burn. For reference, I'm 6' 161.

    1570 -- TDEE minus 500 -- or one pound per week. 265 lb., 5'4", 66 y.o. sedentary female.

I try to keep within the goal or up to 100 calories less. I ignore under calories but over calories get quick-added to breakfast the next day.

I'm going to start doing seated exercise videos this week but will be setting calories to zero since I will still, for all intents and purposes, be sedentary.

1200 on a strict cut. But since I'm younger and female it's only about a 500-600 deficit. 1200 gets me -1.5 to 2 pounds a week. I bulk super clean still so 2000 on bulk
