I need more carbs

Per my trainer, I'm supposed to eat 200 g of carbs a day. I have a hard time reaching my daily goal. Anyone have recipe/ food suggestions for their favorite carbs? Thanks!

    Why? I'm sincere in my question. What type of diet is he or she recommending. If you're interested, look at the Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) approach. Dr. Jason Fung is an excellent source for information, and the DietDoctor.com is another. Both on YouTube.

    Try looking at vegetarian cuisine. Carbs are about the only macro I occasionally exceed target on, mostly because carbs are in fruits and veggies, including most of my protein sources.

    Just made a chickpea and sweet potato stew that comes in at 78 grams of carbs/serving.

    Rice, sweet/white potatoes, bread, cereal, wraps, oats, fruits
    Will definitely help you hit that carb goal of 200g

    How?

    OP, eat more grains/beans/legumes, starchy vegetables, fruit, dairy etc. 200g is not hard!
