Buy Boost or Ensure instead. At any store like walmart. My mom gained a lot of weight on them.
Buy smuckers peanut butter and eat it on crakers with a big glass of whole milk.

I googled that site on whois.com, and it was from Canada, and things shipped from California. Rather new site. All kinds of red flags. I would not touch that site with a 50 foot stick.
If anything go to your doctor and ask for an antihistamine especially made for gaining weight.

Its just like any other unregulated supplement. So safe is relative.

I will note that every user on this board has complained since all their fat gains went to their stomachs, even though they were ok with "fat gains". And it has about a 20 - 25% effective rate. Its basically an antihistamine, which can cause hunger for some.


I would waste my time but rather focus on foods and drinks to help you achieve your goals.


And i wouldn't put much faith i youtube.
