Fellow lifters

Ok so i started lifting weights about 3 months ago, and my goal is to reduce bf and recomp. Looking to add friends on similar journeys with similar goals or people who have been succesful and can give advice :)

    Feel free to add me. Brother and myself trainers and degrees in biology and kinesiology respectively. Weight training is the far superior method.
