I kind of kitchen sink it (whatever's in the house) but I really like bob's red mill whey protein, they have a non flavored one that you can throw in without tasting it. I also never have milk in the house, so I got dry milk and throw that in and use water. But in general I do:

    chia seeds
frozen fruit (I buy whatever's on sale, cut and freeze it, currently cherries, strawberries, and blueberries)
    tapioca pearls
    oats
    ground flax seed
    bob's red mill protein powder
    milk powder
    honey

I also throw almond butter or peanut butter if I'm feeling it.

You all got me interested, so I looked up overnight oats. Yummo! I'm definitely trying these. I'm not a big breakfast person, but I've been eating breakfast since I began on this "lifestyle change". I'm getting tired of boiled eggs and Greek yogurt (I don't have much time in the morning) - this will nice and easy!

    Some of my additions:
    dried cherries and coconut
    dried figs and honey
    dates with cardamon and honey
cinnamon and cut up apple (or dried)
    banana and PB2
fruit jam (add this to Greek yogurt, too for a change from honey)
various extracts: vanilla butternut, vanilla bean paste, etc.

This is my go-to on the weekends! I do weigh solids in grams even though some of these say ounces.

I love my oatmeal cooked with cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon, nuts, and fresh berries.
