    Goal for this round is to continue to work on increasing my stretching.

    9/10--226.6 This is a normal fluctuation. I know that I did not drink a lot of water yesterday, I find it is difficult on the weekends. However, yesterday I successfully ate at my calorie level, which I find is a challenge on the weekends, and I stretched. Today I'm going out for lunch, so the weight will probably be up tomorrow from the additional sodium.

    Goal for this round. Get to 136, pre-plan/log my meals each day, drink more water.

    9/10 137.4 - Ran 8 miles (training for a half marathon on Oct 1). Ended round 15 at 136.2, but yesterday was a high sodium day so I think it’ll just wash away if I keep drinking water.

    9/10 161 I was under my cals, I beleive it was a overload of sodium? I think this challenge is a great way of figuring it all out.

    ROUND 16 - My Round 3

    I ended last round 0.1 above where I started, having to navigate the first week of school, inservice, Labor Day, and 2 celebrations for mom's birthday. So here is how we are starting:

    SW 162
    Round 16 goal: anywhere 159.9 or below

    9/10 162 - was out to eat yesterday and did in fact go down a few ounces. No official workout yesterday due to getting my FIL checked into a care facility and dealing with all of that. Losing weight while dealing with adult responsibilities is hard. Got up today and got in 50 mins of Zumba at home before starting the day.

    Goal weight: 135
    End of Round 11: 143.4 (7/31/17)
    End of Round 12: 142.5 (8/10/17)
    End of Round 13: 140.4 (8/20/17)
    End of Round 14: 138.6 (8/30/17)
    End of Round 15: 143.3 (9/10/17- I quit weighing/logging toward the end of Round 15. I felt like I needed a break, and the break pushed my weight up so much. I'm sure I can get it back down (hopefully not actual fat gain in just a few days) with a lot of effort this round.)
    47 yo female. 5'6
    Goal this round: Stick to logging and staying under 1300 cal. or 1650 with 30 min. elliptical all 10 days.
