    Went to dennys. Had a bit of some scrambled egg whites on half am English muffin, a little butter, one piece of Turkey bacon and a spoonful of grits (never had them before)
    And mediocre coffee.

    Need to go shopping but trying to eat up odds and ends, so 3 eggs in a tortilla with spinach and salsa + 2 cups of coffee

    First, two cups of hot tea with a homemade (gluten free) Oatmeal cookie. Then, 2 slices of crisp bacon along with one egg sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley and scrambled in a little butter. Total calories = 242.
