Connecting MFP to Garmin

I feel so dumb! How do I connect the two? I'm not computer savvy.

    In Garmin Connect App go to Settings (in the side menu) then select Third Party Apps and you should see MFP and get an option to connect.

    In MFP you need to go into Apps (I think I had to do this on the web version rather than the app).
    Search for Garmin Connect, Click on the name (not install) and press connect.

    That should sort it for you.
