Shortcut to shred 5 weeks in.

I didn't do all of the supplements and had a couple cheat meals early on. So 5 weeks in, this is the results. I don't see too much of a difference and since I didn't measure when I started I don't know where the weight has come from. The workouts with cardio are challenging so burns a lot of calories. I can tell I'm more tired in the afternoons.
