    Just joined today. First thing tomorrow I will do all 3 days for abs, legs, and glutes. Cardio has been 20-40 min medium intensity runs or elliptical. Goodluck everyone! Let's do this

    I'm going to try the "Fit Mommy" workout, although I'm not fit nor a mommy. The cardio will be hard, so I'll figure out some substitute to get my heart rate up. Sprinting is not in my vocabulary right now. I have only 6 weeks until my Italy trip, so 1/2 is better than none. Good luck all...the holiday eating season has unofficially started.

    After an unsuccessful October & going full-steam ahead in November, I can barely walk. My thighs (quads) are punishing me for being lazy/down/inactive last month. I'm dying . . . that is all.

    I think I'd have more of a blast if I fit into my smaller clothes before I left. There will be pizza, gelato, and other goodies on the menu. I'll bring one pair of stretchy pants along for the probable gain. I've never lost weight on vacation- ever. I just need to keep the damage to a minimum. I usually gain a pound a day, but this is no good for a month-long trip. 30 pounds? No way. Lots of walking, I hope, to burn through those carbs. Fit Mommy workout done. I combined day 2 and 3 to do as many reps as I could. Now it's time to eat a steak.
