Wednesday, day 15 done.
I'm back to getting up early & getting my workouts done. Pros: workout done
Energy up
Knowing how many calories I can play with for the day
Body burns more calories throughout the day
I drink more H2O
Cons: getting up earlier
Not being able to blast my music without wearing headphones
Not having the "full" effect (when I workout in the evening, I don't have an appetite afterward)
