    I try and walk 200+ miles per month. It's really helping with this Move-More/Eat-Less diet! 4st down, 8lb to go!

    I'm just about to rise from the comfort of my duvet, consume coffee and go out for a stomp that will, no doubt, include feeding almonds to squirrels and, hopefully, 8.3 miles of putting one foot in front of the other. I'm not going to have any chance to do any walking after today until Monday and I'd hate to be that close all over the weekend!

    8.82 miles done and another milestone done and dusted. Annoyingly I'm only .48 miles away from Shelob's Lair so I may have to go walk around the carpark a time or 3 this afternoon! :)
