Only lost 1.2 kg in two weeks

Disappointed
I'm sticking to the app suggestion
I'm loosing so slowly
I'd set it to loose 1kg Pw
But I'm only loosing about half that
When I eat less than they suggest I do loose more but then I don't have the energy to do my workouts

    If you're in this for the long run then you will have weeks like this. Maybe you need to tweak your mindset a bit-you're moving in the right direction. Rather than focusing on your goal weight, its important to realise that in order to get to that weight, you need to pass through all the other weights.

    This isn't meant to be discouraging but a way of reminding you to appreciate every achievement and the journey.

    How much weight total are you trying to lose?
    How long have you been using MFP?
    What are your stats: height/weight/age/gender?
    What calorie goal are you aiming for?
    Are you logging accurately, ideally using a food scale?
    Are you eating back exercise calories?

    Congratulations. 1.2kg is almost 3lbs, so that's more than the usual suggestion of 1lb per week.
