    Inability to do exeecises on my own at home. I don't understand it. Thinking about it makes me depressed and then I go numb. Maybe I'm afraid of failure or maybe that I'm too weak. I just can't seem to push myself.

    I do go to the gym a couple of days a week but I have such anxiety getting there too!
