I’m in! I joined the January challenge then got sick (Again!) and went wildly off-diet and gained a couple pounds. Struggling to eat healthy but restarted on Monday and hoping to stick with it this month.

Hey guys I’m in too.
Restarting after maintaining for a year. My weight is starting to creep up again so back to logging and monitoring. I don’t know why I stop logging, every time I do my weight starts to increase so from now on it’s logging all the way!
