Half a pot of decaf coffee with a total of about 1.5 tsp sugar, and 100 cal of 85% dark chocolate.

At about 1pm I have my first real meal, which is often 2 eggs, 1/2 a tortilla, some cheese, refried beans, jalapeños. Or maybe Greek yogurt with honey and a banana. I try to be sure my first real "meal" has a decent amount of protein. Keeps me fuller longer.

Coffee with stevia, creamer or half & half, and baileys. Pure protein bar and/or a banana. I start work at 5:45 six days a week so need something fast and easy.

Sunday I'll have a bowl of cereal with 2% milk usually, or sometimes just the coffee.

If I'm feeling really motivated, a slice of toast with coconut oil or Irish butter.

I find that I am satisfied with a lower calorie breakfast (usually around 200) and then I have more calories for lunch and dinner. So my breakfasts are kind of small. An egg and a piece of toast. Egg taco with salsa and/or bean sprouts on a low carb tortilla. Greek yogurt. Small bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter and jelly mixed in. A boiled egg and an orange or banana-almond milk smoothie. Always with black coffee.

I usually have 3 hard boiled eggs and a 20 oz Americano. Super light, but about 2 hours later I generally have an apple. It works for me!

This is not the first time I've seen Bailey's with breakfast mentioned on MFP. I'm starting to think I'm missing out!

Honestly it can be anything as the days change. My ideal break-fast however is an omelette with spinach, peppers, ham, chicken and some chilli.

Mines been the same every morning for the past couple months at least.. But I love it sooo!! In a bowl: one scoop of 'on' vanilla whey and one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder all mixed with maybe six oz water, and I put one serving of cooked steel cut oats in this...mmmm so good. Sometimes I add a banana but I try to save my calories for night time munchies. And of course coffee.. With milk

Monday to Friday I eat the same thing, and I love it...

1 serving of steel cut oats, cooked with water
Add 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Top with unsweetened cashew milk, cinnamon and tbsp brown sugar.
...and coffee of course, alongside 16oz of water

Oats give me tons of energy before I hit the gym.
