    Alright alright let's start with intermittent fasting. Anybody currently taking this approach or have you done it in the past?

    I have started intermittent fasting. Started at 16/8 now more 18/6. I am also doing an extended fast right now.

    Is the extended fast for Lent? What macros are you eating during your journey and are you working out as well or just doing the IF.

    I have heard some great success stories with carb reduction IF, your hours you can pick based on schedule are you familiar with IF?
