I haven't started just yet but I can already tell today is going to be hard.
I will be posting what goes on through my dieting journeys and feel free to add me and we can succeed together no matter what your plans are

    It may be hard but you can do it. Try to be positive.

    You can still eat whatever you want. To lose weight, you just have to eat less. Tracking helps you make sure you neither go over, nor undereat. Tracking means discipline, but discipline while still meeting your needs, can enhance the appreciation of what you eat.

    How will you help others lose weight?

    Does your gym have group classes? Join one. If you have time before the class starts, warm up for about twenty minutes on the treadmill or bicycle.
