Hello

I'm a 43 yr old stay at home mother of 3 children, ages 22, 17 and 13. I have been over weight for a good while now. My doctor introduced me to this site. I am in search of loosing weight, healthier choices, and some motivation. Last year I weighed 330 lbs, I decided I'm tired of weighing over 300 lbs. I would love to get down to atleast 220 lbs. I decreased my food intake. I don't eat as much as I did last year but its what I eat. I have never joined a gym or was put on a strict diet. When I joined my fitness pal in Feb. of this year I weighed 306 lbs. The only exercise I do daily is clean house or go to the grocery store. My biggest downfall is drinking regular Pepsi. Surgery is not an option!

    Welcome, lots of lovely people here with advice to help us reach our goals. You can do this, the first step is looking at what you eat and your portion sizes, logging everything really helps you stay in control and keep track.
