Try Bret Contreras - the "glute man" as he seems like an expert:

Also, don't forget to get a good amount of sleep every night. That is a potent time for muscle-building.

Steroids, synthol, and a lot of food. Minimal time in the gym. Personal masseuse.

    All are mandatory.

Zubaz and fish net shirts are reserved for the ripped.

Squats and lunges would be good exercises for that. Eat around 200-300 calories over maintenance to build muscle, get in a decent amount of protein (i.e. 1 lb per 1 lb of LBM), and give yourself some rest days in between lifting days to let your muscles recover. Try to increase the weight you use on a regular basis so you keep challenging your muscles. Let time pass and you should start seeing some nice results!
