Should I Gain?

Hi there! I'm 5' 5" and just shy of 103 lbs. Lately I've been losing weight and exercising quite frequently but am starting to get bad workout results and feel sluggish and tired all the time. People are telling me I am too skinny but I just don't feel it? Is this a weight to be concerned about and do I need to focus on gaining?

    Your BMI is 17, this puts you in an underweight category.

    Sounds like you are undereating and over exercising, I am not surprised with your workout results and the tiredness.

    I am not a medical expert, but you would benefit from eating more calories, less exercise and weight gain. If you have issues with these concepts you need to see your doctor or a counsellor.

    You are substantially underweight.
  • I'd recommend getting your blood levels checked. You might be anemic or Vitamin D deficient. And increasing protein when you are working out a lot is always a good idea.
