pencil test --- can anyone pass (ladies)???

Has anyone tried the "pencil test"? Where you see if your *kitten* cheek can hold up a pencil?? I failed....pencil stayed in place. Give me hope ladies......is it possible to pass this test?? It's my new goal....haha :)

    Oh my goodness --- no one???? That is not encouraging.

    The "pencil test" is one of the pre-workout measurements for Beachbody's Brazil Butt Lift 90-day program. If the pencil stays in place, it is because your butt does not have enough lift.

    I wonder if it is possible to pass at my age (37) --- haha. (maybe when I was 21 -- haha).

    I have heard of the pencil test for boobs but not bottom. I shall have to go and find me a pencil :)

    I thought for sure this was about the boobs and not the behind! Never heard of this one. Just tried it and nope I don't pass it. :(

    I passed! Felt like a dork doing it but I passed!! :blushing:

    I do Jazzercise 5 times a week and yoga twice a week. I think that helps me with my tush.

    Lol the pencil test for me is if you can hold a pencil under your breast you need a boob job!! I can fit heaps lol

    Ok I passed!! Really surprised because I have a very large and round behind. I guess the roundness saved me LOL
