    Tuesday - fail. Didn't do work out and had a glass of wine (I was out for dinner with work and didn't really think when offered wine and then got in too late to do the exercises)

    2. If you had a super power it would be... erm....either fly or go invisible. I think. Though being stretchy like Mr Fantastic would be great fun

    3. How do you cross a lake? Or how would you like to? How big is the lake? I'd probably swim if it's not too far. I'm going to do the Great North Swim in Lake Windermere next year (1 or 2 miles across the Lake) so hopefully I'll be able to do it.

    10. Name 3 things you like. Be creative! time with my girls. Can't beat a good girly chat and laughs, the Lake District - quite possibly my favourite place in the world and reading (i'm a bit addicted. I once read 12 books on a 14 day holiday...)

    Wednesday : drinking challenge good and workout completed. Good thing this isn't sodium challenge week cos I went way over on that today. This means I am drinking lots of water to try and compensate. I hear that will offset the sodium some and I sure hope that is right.

    Hello everyone!

    My Hubby is out of town, so I've been running around with the kiddies - school, football and soccer practices, homework, etc!

    Tomorrow will be crazy too, so I don't know if I will be on here as much. My son has his first home game, the twins have soccer prac, and its Back to School nite at the elementary! Dinner, baths and homework will be squeezed in there somewhere! Lol!

    Tuesday check in - beverage challenge complete. Exercises done also. I really liked that leg routine -feeling it still! I did the exercises at the field where the girls practice. Mellie says 'you're working out HERE?'. Too funny!

    We'd check in - exercise and beverage challenges done!

    Have a wonderful Thursday! I'm looking forward to seeing all the videos!

    Drank no calories today.

    I found my workout on youtube: beginner kettlebell. I have been doing the kettlebells off & on for a couple of years and it is a very good workout. I have to stay very mindful of my back and core and also careful not to flop it into my leg. Talk about a bruise...:sad:
    I thought by looking at the beginner, maybe I could get some pointers on form and I did. The location is:

    It is a warm-up, 3 sets, cool down. I only had time to do the warm up and set 1, which took me 18 minutes (my computer stops every couple of minutes to catch up :huh: ) I am saving this to my favorites for future use.

    Well, today was as crazy as I expected it to be...it's 10:15 and I'm just now sitting down for the first time since I got off work at 2:30!

    thursdays checkin i didn't drink any calories did a llittle walking but i was extra tired so no extra work outs for me. i didn't look up any extreme work outs sorry.

    :flowerforyou: Ladies, I hate to have to keep bugging you, here or by private message, but I REALLY need you to check in daily. If you cannot check in daily (which happens, we all do have lives outside of MFP), please retroactively check in. Just a recap if possible - for example:
    Monday - exercise challenge and beverage challenge done
    Tuesday - exercise and beverage challenges done/not done.

    That's all I need. This is a TEAM challenge, so when you do not check in, or report your progress, the team loses points.

    I didnt drink any calories either and did my exercise bike for 40 mins and did a 60 min walk it was a good day....lets just hope the scale cooperates.....
    I got a walk in already this morning will try to get in the exercises later....have a healthy active day

    Friday: Did not drink any calories. Also did not get to the ab workout tonight. We went to see our granddaughter and didn't get home until after 10 tonight. I will do them tomorrow.

    Hubby is home! So now I can get my cardio going again...and sleep thru the night! Lol! When he's gone I don't like to leave the girls aloneto go on the treadmill. And I feel like I don't sleep well cuz I'm always worried I won't hear my babies! So, now my world is as it should be! :laugh:

    3 sets with 12-20 reps depending on ability level (30-60 sec rest). We are doing this as a circut workout so you will do 1 complete set of the 8 exercises before you start the 2nd set. This is designed to work your entire body and have max burn in a short time. You can determine what your ability level is on how many reps you will be doing of each exercise.

    - Jump Rope for 2 minute for starters and 3 min for advance (if you don't have a jump rope air jump like you have one)
    -Crunches

    Drank no calories today.
    This has been a very busy day and then our electric went off for 5 hours. By the time it came back on it was late and I'm pooped. Sorry but no workout done.
    This morning I weighed 161, a 2 oz gain.:grumble:
